Extension of the Term of the Lease. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty-three months (63) commencing on May 1, 2016 (the “Commencement Date”) and expiring on July 31, 2021 (the “Extension Term”). All of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall continue to apply with respect to the Extension Term, except as specifically modified herein. Except as provided in Section 7 of this Amendment entitled “Renewal Option”, Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has no further right or option to extend the term of the Lease.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Term of the Lease (stipulated to expire on February 28, 2017) for an additional period of seventeen (17) months, commencing on March 1, 2017 (the “Third Extension Commencement Date”) and continuing through and expiring on July 31, 2018 (such 718200423.3 period, the “Third Extension Term”), upon and subject to all of the existing terms of the Lease, except as otherwise hereinafter provided.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2 below as of the date of execution and delivery hereof and as of the Expiration Date (unless waived by Landlord), the Term of the Lease shall be extended 36 months from the Expiration Date to and including September 30, 2003. Each party shall continue to be fully obligated to pay and perform under the Lease as if the original expiration date thereunder was September 30, 2003, on the same terms and conditions as provided in the Lease subject to the modifications thereof set forth in Section 3 below. Such extension shall constitute a Renewal Term, as such term has been modified by Section 3 below. In accordance with such Section 5 of the Original Lease, this Extension shall constitute a supplement to the Original Lease, incorporating the terms of Section 3 of this Extension into the Original Lease.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. The term of the Lease is hereby reset for a period commencing on September 1, 2025 (“EPCD”) and expiring on May 31, 2029 (the “New Term”). All of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall continue to apply with respect to the New Term, except as specifically modified herein. Tenant acknowledges that as of the EPCD, the New Term shall apply to the entire Premises. Except as provided in the Third Amendment to Lease dated August 20, 2020 (the “Third Amendment”), Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has no further right or option to extend the term of the Lease.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. A. If the Tenant shall hold over, after expiration of the term hereby created, with the consent of the Landlord, it shall be deemed a renewal of this Lease, and of all the conditions and agreements therein contained for the term of one (1) month and so on from month to month until the Lease is terminated by either of the parties giving the other not less than thirty (30) days' notice of termination prior to the end of any term. Landlord will notify the Tenant one (1) month prior to the expiration of this term hereby created if this Lease can be renewed. B. This contract is not renewable unless satisfactory arrangements are made by Landlord and Xxxxxx. This renewal offer could be made at any time during leasing time-period. Efforts will be made to notify Lessee of a potential renewal option. If Landlord is not notified by Xxxxxx of intent to renew then Landlord reserves the right to rent premise without further notice. Lessee grants JSJ Property Management permission to post yard sign, market & show property with prior notice given to Tenant.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Term of the Lease for an additional period of thirty-seven months, commencing on February 1, 2014 (the “Second Extension Term Commencement Date”) and continuing through and expiring on February 28, 2017 (such period, the “Second Extension Term”), upon and subject to all of the existing terms of the Lease, except as otherwise hereinafter provided.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Beginning March 16, 2007 (the “2007 Renewal Term Commencement Date”) the term of the Lease is hereby extended until, and the Lease is hereby renewed through March 31, 2012 (such date of expiration is herein referred to as the “2007 Renewal Term Expiration Date”). As used in the Lease and all exhibits attached thereto, the phrase “the term of this Lease” and the term “Lease Term” shall mean the period beginning December 16, 1991 and ending on the 2007 Renewal Term Expiration Date unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Lease or this Amendment.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Pursuant to the Lease, the Term of the Lease is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2012. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Term of the Lease for a period of one hundred two (102) months, from September 1, 2012 through February 28, 2021 (the “Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2 below as of the date of execution and delivery hereof and as of January 1, 2003 (unless waived by Landlord), the Term of the Original Lease shall be extended 51 months and such extension shall commence on January 1, 2003 and expire on December 31, 2007. Each party shall continue to be fully obligated to pay and perform under the Original Lease as if the original expiration date thereunder was December 31, 2007, on the same terms and conditions as provided in the Original Lease, subject to the modifications thereof set forth in Section 3 below. Such extension shall constitute the Second Renewal Term, as defined below. This Extension shall constitute a supplement to the Lease, incorporating the terms of Section 3 of this Extension into the Lease.
Extension of the Term of the Lease. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Term is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Lease. The parties hereby agree to extend the Term of the Lease for a period of five (5) years and nine (9) months, commencing on September 1, 2014 and ending on May, 31, 2020, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. Any and all references to the “Term” in the Lease shall mean the Term as extended pursuant to the foregoing and any and all references to the “Termination Date” in the Lease shall mean May 31, 2020.
