Extension of Warranty Period. The Employer shall be entitled subject to sub-clause 2.5 [Employer's Claims] to an extension of the Warranty Period if and to the extent that one or more items of the Works cannot be used for the purposes for which they are intended by reason of a defect or damage. Where the Contractor performs any works or repairs or replaces any parts pursuant to clauses 11.A2 or 11.1, the Warranty Period in respect of such work or part only shall expire on the later of:
(a) 12 months after the completion of such work or replacement of such part; and
(b) the normal expiration of the Warranty Period in relation to the work or part. The Warranty Period in relation to the repaired and/or replaced article, product, material or equipment shall recommence from the moment of the completion of such repair or replacement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this sub-clause 11.3, any Warranty Period, if extended, shall not exceed a period equal to twice the duration of the original period.
Extension of Warranty Period. 20.4.1 The provisions of this Article 20 shall apply to all replacements or repairs carried out by Contractor as if the replacements and repairs had been taken over on the date they were completed. All Corrective Work shall be performed subject to the same terms and conditions under this Agreement as the original Work is required to be performed. Any change to parts or Materials that would alter the requirements of this Agreement or any Agent For Contract may be made only with prior written approval of Owner.
20.4.2 The Warranty Period for the Work or portion thereof that Contractor has replaced or repaired shall be extended by a period of [***] months from the date the replacement or repair is completed (and for successive periods of [***] months in the event of any Defect or Deficiency associated with any such replacement or repair), but in no event shall the Warranty Period extend beyond [***] months following Facility Substantial Completion.

14.1 Provisions for Measurement and Evaluation. Not required
Extension of Warranty Period. Any modified, repaired or replaced part of the Equipment, revised Documentation and/or service furnished in connection therewith and any Service re-performed under the aforesaid warranty shall carry warranties on the same terms as set forth above except that the warranty period shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of such modification, repair or replacement, revision, or reperformance. Seller's warranty obligations with respect to any Unit, if not terminated earlier pursuant to this Article 10, shall terminate on and shall be subject to the overall warranty limit of, the lesser of four (4) years after Substantial Completion of the Unit, or five (5) years after Delivery of the Unit.
Extension of Warranty Period. Any part of the Work made good under this Section 7 will be subject to all the provisions hereof for a period of one year from the date the same was made good.
Extension of Warranty Period. The Warranty with respect to any portion of the Work in which a Defect was corrected during the Warranty Period for the relevant Construction Unit will be effective for a period ending on the later of (a) one year following the date of such correction or (b) the end of the original Warranty Period.

Extension of Warranty Period. The Warranty Period for any Goods shall be extended by a period equal to the sum of any periods during the Warranty Period during which such Goods cannot be used for the purposes for which they were intended by reason of a breach of the warranties above. Further, notwithstanding the expiration of any Warranty Period described in this Section 9, Supplier’s warranty obligations shall extend to correcting any non-conformance with the warranties set forth in this Section 9 of which Buyer has given Supplier notice prior to the expiration of such Warranty Period, and any latent defects discovered at any time thereafter.
