System Tests. (a) Comcast shall be responsible for ensuring that its Cable System is designed, installed and operated in a manner that fully complies with applicable FCC technical standards. Upon a showing of a pattern of Subscriber Complaints regarding signal quality or a determination of non-compliance related to signal quality through a compliance review under Section 5.2 herein, Comcast, upon written request by the Township, shall perform applicable tests to determine compliance with FCC technical standards. Comcast shall provide a report to the Township within thirty (30) days of completion of a Township-requested test that describes the results of the test. If any test under this Section indicates that the Cable System fails to meet applicable FCC requirements, Comcast shall take such corrective measures as are necessary to correct any failure and to prevent their recurrence as far as is possible.
(b) Upon sixty (60) days’ written request to Comcast, the Township may inspect the Cable System at any time to ensure compliance with this Agreement and applicable law, including to ensure that the Cable System is constructed and maintained in a safe condition. The Township reserves the right, upon at least sixty (60) days’ written notice to Comcast, to conduct a technical audit of the Cable System.

System Tests. Upon completion of the development phase, Intuit ------------ and CNC shall jointly test the System and CNC Network to ensure compliance with the Network Specifications and the Performance Standards. The tests and related acceptance procedures for the System and CNC Network are set forth in the Development Project Work Statement.
System Tests. County and/or Contractor, as applicable, shall conduct all tests (hereinafter “System Test(s)”) specified in this Paragraph 11.1 and in Exhibit A (Statement of Work). Such System Tests shall include, without limitation, the following:
System Tests. The Employer is free to carry out technical tests of the C.A.T.V. system to either meet the requirements of their operating license as issues by the C.R.T.C. or to determine that the system satisfies the technical standards of the Employer. A bargaining unit Journeyman Technician will be assigned to assist in the testing.

System Tests. (a) Grantee shall be responsible for ensuring that its Cable System is designed, installed and operated in a manner that fully complies with applicable FCC technical standards. Upon a showing of a pattern of Subscriber Complaints regarding signal quality or a determination of non- compliance related to signal quality through a compliance review under Section 5.2 herein, Grantee, upon written request by the Township, shall perform applicable tests to determine compliance with FCC technical standards. Grantee shall provide a report to the Township within thirty (30) days of completion of a Township-requested test that describes the results of the test. If any test under this Section indicates that the Cable System fails to meet applicable FCC requirements, Grantee shall take such corrective measures as are necessary to correct any failure and to prevent their recurrence as far as is possible.
(b) Upon sixty (60) days’ written request to Grantee, the Township may inspect the Cable System at any time to ensure compliance with this Agreement and applicable law, including to ensure that the Cable System is constructed and maintained in a safe condition. The Township reserves the right, upon at least sixty (60) days’ notice to Grantee, to conduct a technical audit of the Cable System.
System Tests. (a) Service Electric shall conduct system tests as set forth below. Subject to the requirements of Section 5.8, Service Electric shall retain written reports of the results of any tests required by the FCC, and such reports shall be submitted to the Township within thirty (30) days of a written request from the Township; provided, however, that Service Electric shall not be required to submit such reports more than one (1) time in any calendar year.
(b) Service Electric shall perform the following tests on its Cable System:
(1) All tests required by the FCC; and
(2) All other tests reasonably necessary to determine compliance with technical standards adopted by the FCC at any time during the term of this Agreement or in response to subscriber complaints.
(c) At a minimum, Service Electric's tests shall include:
(d) Service Electric shall maintain written records if required to by the FCC of all results of its Cable System tests performed by or for Service Electric. Such test results shall be available for inspection by the Township upon request.
(e) Tests may be witnessed by representatives of the Township, and, upon request, Service Electric shall inform the Township of the time and place of each test. The Township may conduct independent tests of the system for which Service Electric shall give its fullest cooperation. Service Electric shall be required to take prompt corrective measures to correct any system deficiencies and to prevent the recurrence of such deficiencies.
