BREAK AREAS. The Company will attempt to provide inside break areas and refrigerated lunch storage bins or refrigerators at each break area. Documentation of request and follow-up will be provided upon request to the Union Grievance/Negotiating Committee person. Refrigerators, microwave ovens and any other food preparation and/or storage devices shall be confined to the break area unless prior permission is granted by the Company.
BREAK AREAS. A. Thoroughly clean, sanitize/wipe down all breakroom appliances (e.g. microwaves, ice machines, water dispensers.
B. Refrigerators, including freezer areas, should be cleaned on the last Friday of each month unless others communicated and scheduled with the Facility Manager. Citizens will ensure employees are notified to clean out all items when cleaning is scheduled. Cleaning includes wiping down all shelving and container areas with a sanitizing cleanser. No lunch bags, dishes or personal items should be discarded during this process.
BREAK AREAS. While current available space in which to provide private or semi-private facilities for contractually authorized breaks (See ARTICLE X, Section 10.E.), including lunch breaks, is scarce, no MBU will be required to remain at their assigned work station during authorized breaks.
BREAK AREAS. A. The Employer agrees to continue to provide break areas in each work area for Employees’ use during breaks and lunch.

BREAK AREAS. Eating will be allowed only in areas so designated by the Contractor, which will be located outside the Buildings. Subcontractor or its employees are not authorized to sell or distribute food or beverages at the jobsite without written consent of Contractor’s Superintendent or Project Manager.
BREAK AREAS. The Agency will provide a break area at each installation/facility where technicians and employees work. When providing a break area in each building is not realistic due to regulation or logistical issues, a break area will be provided in close proximity to the technician or employee’s work location. The break areas will be separate from any work area/office environment and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, instructions and standards. Where feasible, each break area will be sufficient enough in size to reasonably accommodate the technician and employees required to use the break area.
BREAK AREAS. The Agency will provide employees with access to clean and comfortable break areas in proximity to their work areas. To the extent funding is available and in accordance with General Services Administration regulations and law, the break areas will include kitchen facilities including sinks, refrigerators, and appliances for heating food, making coffee and tea, etc. These areas will be away from customers, clients, and other non- employees whenever possible.

BREAK AREAS. The parties agree that the Employer shall provide areas designated as "Employee Break Areas" which shall be large enough to accommodate the Employees using such areas. Association members are encouraged to make suggestions to the Employer as to the location of acceptable areas.
