Exterior of Building. Landlord shall not place, or allow any other person or entity to place, any advertising, bas reliefs, murals or other decorations on the exterior walls of the area in which the Premises is located nor shall Landlord place, or allow any other person or entity to place any additional landscaping or plantings in such area in excess of that landscaping or planting in existence at the commencement of this Lease. Nothing stated herein is intended to prohibit Landlord from replacing the landscaping or plantings in existence at the commencement of this Lease as needed. c.
Exterior of Building. The surrounding area and grounds of the building cannot be used to promote activities and/or events without specific approval of the Director of the Paterson Museum or designee.

Exterior of Building. During the 1-year warranty period established between the Lessor and its contractor(s) and to the extent covered under said warranty, Lessor shall keep the exterior of the Building in good order, condition and repair, including the exterior doors and their fixtures, closers and hinges, exterior windows, glass and glazing. Thereafter, provided any Warrantied Defects have been resolved to the County’s satisfaction, the County shall keep the exterior of the Building in good order, condition, and repair. The County shall provide and maintain all security alarms, locks and key systems used in the Premises.
Exterior of Building. For purposes of maintaining a pleasing community, RESIDENTS are not permitted to leave any objects on concrete or yard areas (i.e. no toys, storage bins, clothes lines, etc.) other than lawn furniture. No Gas Grills shall be placed in an area that may be visible from the outside. In addition, gas grills are specifically disallowed near vinyl fencing or siding.
Exterior of Building. General Conditions section 10b is amended to add: “The current mural that is on the Building wall can stay.” 14.
Exterior of Building. Landlord shall provide maintenance of the structural portion of the Building, including the roof and load bearing walls (exclusive of all glass and all exterior doors), in reasonably good order and condition except for damage occasioned by the act of Tenant, which shall be repaired by Landlord at Tenant's expense.
Exterior of Building. Notwithstanding anything in the Master Lease or the Sublease to the contrary, Sublessee shall have no right to change the color of the exterior of the Building without the consent of the Master Lessor. To the extent Master Lessor consents to such color change, Sublessee shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for restoring the exterior of the Building to the original color at the expiration or earlier termination of the Sublease.
Exterior of Building. Xxxxxxxx has not conveyed to Tenant any rights in or to the outer side of the outside walls of the leased premises or the building. Tenant shall be granted the ability to place signage over the west exterior door. All signage shall be at tenants sole expense and shall be approved by Landlord and comply with City of Xxxxxx ordinances.
