Facilities Charge. In consideration of Xcel Energy’s installation of additional facilities to provide T Basic Section Inserts
1) An excess service extension
2) A specific service location (and/or route)
3) For relocation of established distribution (and/or service) facilities T
4) Service for intermittent equipment Examples: X-ray machines, arc welders, spot welders, seam welders, butt welders, etc. T
5) Service for special service functions Examples: duplicate facilities, special switching, control equipment, etc.
6) Three phase service where single phase is adequate
7) For replacement of existing overhead facilities with underground facilities
8) A specific service voltage
9) Additional capacity at non-standard service area voltage
10) Transformation while remaining on the Primary Distribution Voltage Rate Form 17-6848 T
Facilities Charge. The Customer shall pay a monthly facilities charge in accordance with the attached rate schedule. The facilities charge will be adjusted if the Cooperative installs additional facilities not part of this agreement.
Facilities Charge. Freeport shall be entitled to a fee for the use of Freeport's facilities in rendering the services described in Articles V (other than those described in Section 5.5), VII and VIII. Fifteen (15) days after the beginning of each quarter after the Commencement Date, Freeport shall estimate the quantity of Felmont Main Pass Sulphur to be received during such quarter and shall invoice Felmont a Facilities Charge which shall be $3.00 (three dollars) per ton of such estimated tonnage until and unless such amount is adjusted as provided in Article X. The actual tonnage of Felmont Main Pass Sulphur received in a current quarter will be indicated in the Facilities Charge invoice for the next succeeding quarter, with appropriate adjustment being made to the Facilities Charge for such succeeding quarter to reflect the actual tonnage received in the current quarter.
Facilities Charge. The facilities charge on tariff Sheet No. 158 shall be updated as described by Company witness Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx in his direct testimony.
Facilities Charge. In order to provide electric service to the Customer, the Seller must construct distribution facilities at a cost of $345,000 for which Seller shall require Customer to pay a monthly facilities charge of $3,917.41 for a ten-year term, commencing on the first electric payment due date following the Effective Date of this agreement. [The monthly facilities charge has been calculated based upon a $345,000 principal amount, a ten year term, and a 6.5% interest rate]. Said facilities charge is not included in the monthly minimum bxxx amount contained in the Tariff schedule “Large Industrial — Amaizing Energy Ethanol Plant.” This facilities charge shall terminate following the ten year anniversary of this Agreement, provided the charges have been paid in full during the entire term of this Agreement. Customer may pay-off the balance of the facilities charge, plus accrued interest, at any time without penalty. In the event it is determined, subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, that additional facilities or modifications to planned facilities are required, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to the design, modification, and construction of the additional or modified facilities and the payment to be made by Customer to Seller for the additional or modified facilities.
Facilities Charge. 6.1. Member shall pay Cooperative a monthly facilities charge of $11,775. Said facilities charge shall commence upon the first occurrence of either:
6.1.1.1.1. The first day of the Billing Month in which Member begins commercial operation, or
Facilities Charge. As determined at the sole discretion of the Cooperative on a non-discriminatory case-by-case basis to recover any additional expenses caused by the Member’s generation facility.
Facilities Charge. For the term of this Agreement, the Customer will pay a monthly Facilities Charge in the amount set forth in Schdule Ethanol Plant. If the Cooperative installs additional facilities that are not a part of this Agreement, and such facilities are not paid for initially by the Customer, the Customer shall be subject to additional Facilities Charges.
Facilities Charge. The Facilities Charge is a charge for use of Cooperative electric facilities used to serve the Ethanol Plant load up to the Ethanol Plant property. Such charge includes interest, depreciation, operation, maintenance and taxes associated with these facilities.
