Facilities Charge. In consideration of Xcel Energy’s installation of additional facilities to provide T (Basic Section Insert) , a service not normally available, agrees to pay Xcel Energy the sum of $ per month in addition to and with each monthly billing during the term hereof. Facilities Charge. The Customer shall pay a monthly facilities charge in accordance with the attached rate schedule. The facilities charge will be adjusted if the Cooperative installs additional facilities not part of this agreement.
Facilities Charge. The facilities charge on tariff Sheet No. 158 shall be updated as described by Company witness Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx in his direct testimony.
Facilities Charge. Freeport shall be entitled to a fee for the use of Freeport's facilities in rendering the services described in Articles V (other than those described in Section 5.5), VII and VIII. Fifteen (15) days after the beginning of each quarter after the Commencement Date, Freeport shall estimate the quantity of Felmont Main Pass Sulphur to be received during such quarter and shall invoice Felmont a Facilities Charge which shall be $3.00 (three dollars) per ton of such estimated tonnage until and unless such amount is adjusted as provided in Article X. The actual tonnage of Felmont Main Pass Sulphur received in a current quarter will be indicated in the Facilities Charge invoice for the next succeeding quarter, with appropriate adjustment being made to the Facilities Charge for such succeeding quarter to reflect the actual tonnage received in the current quarter.
Facilities Charge. There will be no charge to the Customer for the first 660 feet of actual cost of single-phase overhead service incurred in making the extension and such amount shall be the Cooperative’s obligation. The Customer shall be required to pay in advance as aid-to-construction the amount of all actual cost of all construction in excess of 660 feet prior to the commencement of construction. + Actual cost shall mean the total cost of all construction including not only the labor and materials used in constructing the extension but also engineering, right-of-way acquisition and clearing, and all other costs directly attributable to the extension. The Cooperative shall estimate actual cost in excess of the Cooperative’s obligation and customer shall pay such estimate prior to commencement of construction. All amounts paid to the Cooperative for construction shall be non-refundable.
Facilities Charge. The Consumer shall pay the Seller the sum of $ as a contribution in aide of construction prior to construction of any facilities by the Seller.
Facilities Charge. For the term of this Agreement, the Customer will pay a monthly Facilities Charge in the amount set forth in Schdule Ethanol Plant. If the Cooperative installs additional facilities that are not a part of this Agreement, and such facilities are not paid for initially by the Customer, the Customer shall be subject to additional Facilities Charges.
Facilities Charge. The Facilities Charge is a charge for use of Cooperative electric facilities used to serve the Ethanol Plant load up to the Ethanol Plant property. Such charge includes interest, depreciation, operation, maintenance and taxes associated with these facilities.
Facilities Charge. In order to provide electric service to the Customer, the Seller and Dairyland must construct certain facilities. Seller and Dairyland have agreed to construct a substation and the transmission facilities necessary to interconnect the new substation with Dairyland’s transmission network without an advance in aid to construction by Customer. In addition, temporary and permanent line extensions from the substation to the Project shall be required for use in serving the customer, which have been constructed at a total cost of $***. Customer has made a non-refundable advance in aid to construct said facilities equal to $***. The entire cost of the temporary line extension and permanent line extension required to extend service from the substation to the Project and shall be paid by Customer, with the balance of $*** (less the credit of $*** referenced in section 4.F above) being collected through the Distribution System Charge contained on the attached rate Schedule. In the event it is determined, subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, that additional facilities or modifications to planned facilities are required, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to the design, modification, and construction of the additional or modified facilities and the payment to be made by Customer to Seller for the additional or modified facilities.
Facilities Charge. The following charges are assessed for the transportation service provided by FPUC under this Agreement, as set forth in greater detail in pages 2-5 of Exhibit A to this Agreement. Beginning on the Commencement Date and on the first day of each month thereafter during the Base Term, CITY shall pay FPUC a Facilities Charge consisting of “fixed” and “declining" components. The “fixed” component of $22,792.58 per month, as such amount may be adjusted pursuant to Section 6.4, Section 6.7 or Section 6.9, shall compensate FPUC for depreciation expenses, property taxes, and other taxes associated with the construction and ownership of the LW Lateral. The “declining” component per month of the Facilities Charge shall be one twelfth of the annual amount shown in the schedule of charges contained in Exhibit A, page 7 (initially $39,824.42 per month), as such amount may be adjusted pursuant to Section 6.4, Section 6.7, or Section 6.9.
