Faculty Observation Training. During the term of the Agreement, the College will continue to offer an observation training workshop through the LCC Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE). Priority for enrollment will be given to those bargaining unit members and administrators who are willing to conduct performance assessments but lack appropriate training.
