Failure to Provide Certificates of Insurance. If the Counseling Agency fails to furnish the County with the Certificate(s) of Insurance or written verification required under this section, the County shall not disburse any funds until it is provided with the necessary Certificate(s) of Insurance or written verification.

Failure to Provide Certificates of Insurance. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall be responsible for assuring that the insurance certificates required in conjunction with this Section remain in force for the duration of the effective term of this Agreement. If insurance certificates are scheduled to expire during the effective term, the Provider shall be responsible for submitting new or renewed insurance certificates to the County prior to expiration. In the event that expired certificates are not replaced with new or renewed certificates which cover the effective term, the County may suspend the Agreement until such time as the new or renewed certificates are received by the COUNTY in the manner prescribed herein; provided, however, that this suspended period does not exceed thirty (30) calendar days. Thereafter, the County may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.
