Respondents agree to pay Complainant $210.00 without any deductions, as a return of his security deposit. By Owner’s execution of the Agreement and pursuant to Section 808(e)(5) of the Fair Housing Act, Owner agrees to use funds in a manner that follows the State of Texas’ “Analysis of Impediments” or “Assessment of Fair Housing”, as applicable and as amended, and will maintain records in this regard. PROVIDER and all Subcontractors agree not to discriminate on the basis of disability in accordance with The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the Wisconsin Statutes secs. 111.321 and 111.34, and Chapter 19 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. PROVIDER agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees, service recipients, and applicants for employment and services, notices setting forth the provisions of this paragraph. B. PROVIDER shall give priority to those methods that offer programs and activities to disabled persons in the most integrated setting. Where service or program delivery is housed in an inaccessible location, and accessible alterations are not readily achievable, PROVIDER agrees to offer “programmatic accessibility” to recipients (real or potential) of said services and programs (e.g. change time/location of service). C. PROVIDER agrees that it will employ staff with special translation and sign language skills appropriate to the needs of the client population, or will purchase the services of qualified adult interpreters who are available within a reasonable time to communicate with hearing impaired clients. The PROVIDER agrees that it will train its staff on the content of these policies and will invite its applicants and clients to identify themselves as persons needing additional assistance or accommodations in order to apply for or participate in PROVIDER’s programs and services.

  • Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Contractor shall provide the Services in a manner that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including but not limited to Title II’s program access requirements, and all other applicable federal, state and local disability rights legislation.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • Americans with Disabilities Act The Contractor shall be and remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“Act”), to the extent applicable, during the term of the Contract. DAS may Terminate the Contract if the Contractor fails to comply with the Act.

  • Equal Opportunity Compliance The Contractor agrees to abide by all federal and state laws and rules and regulations, and executive orders of the Governor of the State of New Mexico, pertaining to equal employment opportunity. In accordance with all such laws of the State of New Mexico, the Contractor assures that no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental handicap, or serious medical condition, spousal affiliation, sexual orientation or gender identity, be excluded from employment with or participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity performed under this Agreement. If Contractor is found not to be in compliance with these requirements during the life of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to take appropriate steps to correct these deficiencies.
