Family Economic Stability.  Reinstate NC’s Earned Income Tax Credit, support continuation of the federal EITC. Key partner: Together NC, NC Child, NC Justice Center, Women for Women.  Support reauthorization of extended unemployment insurance at the federal level and in NC. Key partners: NC Justice Center, Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.  Support funding and improvements to public assistance programs to remove barriers to access for eligible families and create assistance that provides a safety net and stepping stone for family economic stability. This includes funding and implementation for SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, heating assistance, and Child Care Subsidy. Key partners: NC Child. Local level policies Child & Family Supports  Support Buncombe County School’s Super Summer Meals program for summer 2014. Family Economic Stability  Support the recommendations of the City’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Report that include increased funding for the city’s housing trust fund, a city land bank, and policies that can incent more affordable, mixed-income housing development accessible to low-wage working families.  Support efforts at the County to develop and maintain safe, affordable housing options for low-income families.

  • Cooperation with Economic Studies If ICANN initiates or commissions an economic study on the impact or functioning of new generic top-­‐level domains on the Internet, the DNS or related matters, Registry Operator shall reasonably cooperate with such study, including by delivering to ICANN or its designee conducting such study all data related to the operation of the TLD reasonably necessary for the purposes of such study requested by ICANN or its designee, provided, that Registry Operator may withhold (a) any internal analyses or evaluations prepared by Registry Operator with respect to such data and (b) any data to the extent that the delivery of such data would be in violation of applicable law. Any data delivered to ICANN or its designee pursuant to this Section 2.15 that is appropriately marked as confidential (as required by Section 7.15) shall be treated as Confidential Information of Registry Operator in accordance with Section 7.15, provided that, if ICANN aggregates and makes anonymous such data, ICANN or its designee may disclose such data to any third party. Following completion of an economic study for which Registry Operator has provided data, ICANN will destroy all data provided by Registry Operator that has not been aggregated and made anonymous.

  • Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting 8. The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:

  • Openness and Transparency Contractor shall make available to individuals applicable policies, procedures, and technologies that directly affect such individuals and/or their Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law Xx. 000-000, 00 XXX Parts 160, 162 and 164, and the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1320d-2 through 1320d-7, in that it may not use or disclose protected health information other than as permitted or required by law and agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the protected health information. Grantee shall maintain, for a minimum of six (6) years, all protected health information.

  • Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the terms and requirements of 31 USC 6101.

  • Pro-Children Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Pro-Children Act of 2001 in that it prohibits smoking in any portion of its facility used for the provision of health, day care, early childhood development services, education or library services to children under the age of eighteen (18), which services are supported by federal or state government assistance (except such portions of the facilities which are used for inpatient substance abuse treatment) (20 USC 7181-7184).

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (a) If the Contactor is a Business Associate under the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), as noted in this Contract, the Contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of this Section of the Contract. If the Contractor is not a Business Associate under HIPAA, this Section of the Contract does not apply to the Contractor for this Contract.
