Child Care Subsidy. (a) Every employee with children of 7 years and below shall be reimbursed childcare subsidy of up to a maximum of RM660.00 per annum.
(b) The reimbursement shall be paid monthly, on a pro-rated basis.
Child Care Subsidy. In January 2022, income thresholds for Child Care Subsidy will increase to $179,999, making additional support available to more families who have young children not yet attending Kindergarten.
Child Care Subsidy. A child care allowance to be provided directly to the state- qualified provider, if the member is qualified for the allowance (only full-time, state- eligible members may qualify for this benefit) and if the State Program is somehow not suited to his/her needs.
Child Care Subsidy. Employees covered by this Agreement may receive 11 benefits from the County’s childcare program if they meet the eligibility requirements.
Child Care Subsidy. A. The Department of Labor Child Care Subsidy Program, conditional upon and in accordance with authorizing legislation, is intended to xxxxxx a quality work place for employees through the use of licensed and/or regulated child care by subsidizing costs for low family income employees while at the same time improving recruitment efforts, improving retention, reducing absenteeism, and improving morale. The DOL Program provides assistance to lower income working families in their efforts to obtain quality, licensed and/or regulated day care for dependent children through age 13 and disabled children through age
Child Care Subsidy. The District will budget $5,000 per year for a child care subsidy for full-time faculty for their children who are attending the college child care center. Each semester, $2,500 will be made available to full-time faculty who apply for the subsidy in writing to Human Resources prior to the beginning of the semester. This amount will be prorated based on one child per full-time faculty member who will attend the Child Care Center. More than one child per full-time faculty member can qualify for the subsidy each semester if no other full-time faculty apply for the subsidy.
Child Care Subsidy. The parties agree that the Department will maintain a Child Care Subsidy Program available to bargaining unit employees as follows:
a. The Department of Labor Child Care Subsidy Program, in accordance with Public Law 107-67, is intended to xxxxxx a quality work place for employees through the use of licensed child care by subsidizing costs for lower family income employees while at the same time improving recruitment efforts, retention, and morale while reducing absenteeism. The Program will provide assistance to lower income working families in their efforts to obtain quality, licensed day care for dependent children through age 13 and disabled children through age 18. Qualified participants must utilize licensed child care, meet income level definitions, and maintain a full-time or part-time permanent position status.
b. This Agreement is made pursuant to the Government-wide regulations of the Office of Personnel Management. Appropriated funds, otherwise available for salaries, will be utilized to fund the Program. The subsidy payment plan is as follows: <$40,580 75% $700 $40,581-$49,999 60% $600 $50,000-$59,999 50% $575 $60,000-$69,999 40% $550 $70,000-$79,999 35% $450 c. Any annual subsidy received in excess of $5,000 ($2,500 in the case of a married individual filing a separate return) must be included as part of gross income for tax purposes, in accordance with 26 USC § 129.
Child Care Subsidy. The College agrees to make $8,250 available during each of the following four periods (the "subsidy periods") of the Agreement: September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016; September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017; September 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018. The money to made available during the subsidy period is to be distributed as a child care subsidy to
Child Care Subsidy. ● The University will increase eligibility for the childcare subsidy to all dependent children in a household.
Child Care Subsidy. The Parties recognize the desirability of reducing the expense borne by lower-income families to obtain child care for children age thirteen (13) or under or who are disabled and under the age of eighteen (18). The bargaining units shall be eligible to participate in the Agency’s child care subsidy program in accordance with the provisions of HRPM WLB-12.1, FAA HROI entitled “Process for Applying for the Child Care Subsidy Program”, and Public Law 107-67, Sec. 630. To the extent authorized by law, the Agency shall provide a child care subsidy to eligible employees whose total family income does not exceed $72,000. Total family income is defined as the income of the child’s parent(s)/guardian(s) living in the same household as the child, and listed on their IRS tax forms as their Adjusted Gross Income.
