Common use of Family Emergency Clause in Contracts

Family Emergency. During the delivery of Wraparound OC services, CONTRACTOR may be 14 called upon to utilize Flex Funds to address a Participant’s Family Emergency 15 expenditure(s) which were not previously addressed in the Wraparound Family 16 Budget. These expenditures may include, but are not limited to:
