Fares and Expenses. ‌ 22.1 An employee required to travel in the performance of duty shall be paid all reasonable out of pocket expenses (including fares). 22.2 An employee who claims reimbursement of fares, pursuant to this clause, shall furnish to the employer, if so required, satisfactory proof that they have not received from another employer reimbursement in respect of those fares. 22.3 The amount of reimbursement of fares is $0.78 per kilometre and any increase shall be in accordance with the annual wage and allowance decision made by Fair Work Commission.

"Home Centre" means the town in which is situated the hospital at which such trainee enrolled nurse is employed.

(iii) Subclause (ii) of this clause shall not apply to student nurses or to nurses travelling to a hospital for post graduate training. (iv) Fares within the meaning of this clause shall only include fares incurred in respect to travel within New South Wales. (v) A Nurse Caregiver who claims reimbursement of fares, pursuant to this clause, shall furnish to the Employer, upon request, satisfactory proof that they have they have incurred those fares and not received reimbursement from another Employer in respect of those fares.
