Relationship to Modern Award and NES. This is a stand-alone Enterprise Agreement. It is not the intention of the parties for this Enterprise Agreement to be read in conjunction with any other Modern Award. The parties intend this Enterprise Agreement will contain all of the agreed terms and conditions of employment relevant to Nursing Staff employed at the Hospital. We believe this will assist us to preserve and protect the existing employment conditions for our valued Nursing Staff. In addition to the terms contained within this Enterprise Agreement, any NES providing more generous terms and conditions to nursing employees will prevail over the terms contained within this Enterprise Agreement.
