In the case of a fatality during the course of employment, the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety and the Chairperson of the Union Health &Safety committee shall investigate same and report to the Health Safety committee at its next regular meeting. be developed by the Committeewhich may be utilized in communicating unhealthy and unsafe working conditions to the appropriate Supervisor, the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety and to all members of the Health Safety Committee, Tools Equipment Employeesworking in any dangerous and unhealthyjobs will be provided with the necessarytools. The safety equipment, and protective clothing will be provided by the Employer for those items as agreed to by the Employer and the Union.
