Federal Tax Information Performance. In performance of this Entire Agreement, the Vendor agrees to comply with, and assume responsibility for, compliance by its employees with the following requirements: (1) All work will be done under the supervision of the Vendor or the Vendor's employees. (2) The Vendor and the Vendor’s employees with access to, or who use, Federal Tax Information (“FTI”) must meet the background check requirements defined in Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Publication 1075. (3) Any return or return information made available in any format shall be used only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Entire Agreement. Information contained in such material will be treated as confidential and will not be divulged or made known in any manner to any person except as may be necessary in the performance of this Entire Agreement. Disclosure to anyone other than an officer or employee of the Vendor will be prohibited. (4) All returns and return information will be accounted for upon receipt and properly stored before, during, and after processing. In addition, all related output will be given the same level of protection as required for the source material. (5) The Vendor certifies that the data processed during the term of this Entire Agreement shall be completely purged from all data storage components of his or her computer facility, and no output shall be retained by the Vendor at the time the work is completed. If immediate purging of all data storage components is not possible, the Vendor certifies that any IRS data remaining in any storage component shall be safeguarded to prevent unauthorized disclosures. (6) Any spoilage or any intermediate hard copy printout that may result during the processing of IRS data will be given to EOHHS or its designee. When this is not possible, the Vendor shall be responsible for the destruction of the spoilage or any intermediate hard copy printouts, subject to prior approval from EOHHS, and shall provide EOHHS or its designee with a statement containing the date of destruction, description of material destroyed, and the method used. (7) All computer systems receiving, processing, storing or transmitting FTI must meet the requirements defined in IRS Publication 1075. To meet functional and assurance requirements, the security features of the environment must provide for managerial, operational, and technical controls.   • Annual Tax Information and Report Within seventy-five (75) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Partnership, the General Partner shall furnish to each person who was a Limited Partner at any time during such year the tax information necessary to file such Limited Partner’s individual tax returns as shall be reasonably required by law.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Withholding Taxes; Information Reporting As to the Certificates of any series, the Trustee, as trustee of the related grantor trust created by this Agreement, shall exclude and withhold from each distribution of principal, premium, if any, and interest and other amounts due under this Agreement or under the Certificates of such series any and all withholding taxes applicable thereto as required by law. The Trustee agrees to act as such withholding agent and, in connection therewith, whenever any present or future taxes or similar charges are required to be withheld with respect to any amounts payable in respect of the Certificates of such series, to withhold such amounts and timely pay the same to the appropriate authority in the name of and on behalf of the Certificateholders of such series, that it will file any necessary withholding tax returns or statements when due, and that, as promptly as possible after the payment thereof, it will deliver to each such Certificateholder of such series appropriate documentation showing the payment thereof, together with such additional documentary evidence as such Certificateholders may reasonably request from time to time. The Trustee agrees to file any other information reports as it may be required to file under United States law.

  • Tax Return Information By the 31st day of March of each Fiscal Year of the Partnership, the General Partner, at the expense of the Partnership, shall cause to be delivered to the Limited Partners such information as shall be necessary (including a statement for that year of each Limited Partner’s share of net income, net gains, net losses and other items of the Partnership for the preceding Fiscal Year) for the preparation by the Limited Partners of their Federal, state and local income and other tax returns.
