Reseller Fees definition

Reseller Fees means the fees (if any) for Services used or ordered by Customer as agreed in a Reseller Agreement, plus any applicable Taxes.

Examples of Reseller Fees in a sentence

  • Reseller shall pay Provider the full amount of all Reseller Fees and applicable taxes stated in each invoice within 30 days of Reseller’s receipt of that invoice.

  • Notwithstanding any one or more Suspensions: (i) Reseller shall pay Provider all Reseller Fees for Services provided to its End-User Customers as the Reseller Terms and Conditions require; (ii) no obligation of the parties hereunder and no right or obligation Provider has under the Terms of Service shall be altered by reason of any Suspension.

  • If you purchased your Software licence or Support Services from a Reseller, Fees and payment terms are set out in the agreement with your Reseller and such terms prevail over the terms of this Section 5.

  • Upon termination, the Reseller will lose access to all DBOS sales materials and will forfeit all potential or unpaid Reseller Fees.

  • Furthermore, in the event ObtainCare terminates this Agreement pursuant to subsection (b), (c), (d) or (e) of this Section 14, ObtainCare will be relieved of its obligation to pay Reseller Fees upon the termination of this Agreement.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Licence Fees means the fees, the amount of is indicated in the Purchase Order, paid by the Client in consideration of the Licence.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.

  • Chargebacks means all credits, chargebacks, reimbursements, administrative fees and other financial obligations to wholesalers and other distributors, group purchasing organizations, insurers, Governmental Entity and other institutions related to the Product.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.
