Reseller Fees definition

Reseller Fees means the fees (if any) for Services used or ordered by Customer as agreed in a Reseller Agreement, plus any applicable Taxes.

Reseller Fees means the fees (if any) for Services used or ordered by the Customer as agreed in a Reseller Agreement, plus any applicable Taxes. 'Reseller Order' means, if applicable, an order form (including a renewal order form) issued by a Reseller and executed by the Customer and the Reseller specifying the Services that the Customer is ordering from the Reseller. 'Services' means the then-current Core Services and Other Services. 'Services Start Date' means either the start date stated in the Order Form or, if none is specified in the Order Form, the date that Google makes the Services available to the Customer. 'Services Summary' means the then-current description set out at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx x.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxx_xxxxxxxx.xxxx. 'SLA' means the then-current service level agreement(s) at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxx xx.xxx/xxxxx/xxx.xxxx. 'Suspend' or 'Suspension' means disabling access to or use of the Services or components of the Services. 'Taxes' means all government-imposed taxes, except for taxes based on Google's net income, net worth, asset value, property value or employment. 'Term' has the meaning stated in Section 8.1 (Agreement Term) of this Agreement. 'Third-Party Legal Proceeding' means any formal legal proceeding filed by an unaffiliated third party before a court or government tribunal (including any appellate proceeding). 'Third-Party Offerings' means third-party services, software, products and other offerings that are not incorporated into the Services. 'Trademark Guidelines' means Google's then-current Guidelines for Third-Party Use of Google Brand Features at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/permissions/guidelines.html. 'TSS' means the then-current Google technical support service.

Examples of Reseller Fees in a sentence

  • If you purchased your Software licence or Support Services from a Reseller, Fees and payment terms are set out in the agreement with your Reseller and such terms prevail over the terms of this Section 5.

  • There will be no annual Reseller Fees associated with this agreement.

Related to Reseller Fees

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
