Fee Services. (a) An employee shall be paid two hundred and fifteen dollars ($215.00) for each four (4) hour remote broadcast or one hundred and seven dollars and fifty cents ($107.50) for each two
Fee Services. Upon execution of this Agreement, MDPD personnel assigned to the Town may provide certain services according to the fee schedule described in Exhibit I County Administrative Order 4-33, Fee Schedule for Miami-Dade Police Department, as it may be revised from time-to-time. Fees collected will be refunded to the Town on a quarterly basis. The Town may charge additional fees for any particular service, over and above those provided in County Administrative Order 4-33, if such additional fees are not contrary to law. Additional fees charged by the Town will be clearly identified as additional fees, over and above MDPD fees, in any forms and receipts for any service provided.
Fee Services. An employee shall be paid one hundred and eighty dollars ($180.00) for each four (4) hour remote broadcast or ninety dollars ($90.00) for each two (2) hour remote broadcast inclusive of vacation pay. Should the remote extend beyond the scheduled two or four (2 or 4) hours, the announcer shall be paid a further talent fee for all hours beyond the scheduled hours on a prorated basis. The Company shall endeavour to rotate these remotes on an equitable basis throughout the bargaining unit announce staff, where possible. In the event the bargaining unit employee is not available the Company may assign any qualified employee. When a remote broadcast is used on two radio stations the above rates will be increased by an additional 50%. Effective September 1, 2007 the amount shall increase to $190/$95. Effective September 1, 2008 the amount shall increase to $200/$100. Notwithstanding the foregoing the morning crew shall receive $200/$100 when performing fee services effective September 1, 2006.

The hours referred to above include travel, set-up and tear-down time. The Company shall endeavour to rotate these remotes on an equitable basis throughout the announce staff, where possible.

Should the remote extend beyond the scheduled two or four (2 or 4) hours, the announcer shall be paid a further talent fee for all hours beyond the scheduled hours on a prorated basis. The Company shall endeavour to rotate these on an equitable basis throughout the announce staff, where possible. Hockey coverage shall be paid at the rate of forty-five ($45.00)in town.
Fee Services. Vendor shall be reimbursed in accordance with the ------------- pro rata portion completed during the term of the Project until the date of termination;
Fee Services. You may NOT use the AUSD's electronic information resources to access any data base service or to download data or software, which charges a fee for such service or access, without express permission of a sponsoring teacher. If you do any of the foregoing, you are liable for any and all charges and are subject to disciplinary action.

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Core Services The Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Core Services set forth in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).
