Duties and functions 21.2.1 The Independent Engineer shall discharge its duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of reference set forth in Schedule-N.
Responsibilities of the Licensee The Licensee shall develop and maintain an inspection system intended to ensure quality of service and standards of sanitation and cleanliness. This system shall include written records of inspections made. These records shall be made available to the Licensor upon request.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all nursing duties in accordance with the state Nursing Act specific to the state the RN is working in, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures. Assists the physician with procedures and treatments. Administers treatments including sterile procedures. Is able to recognize significant changes in the condition of residents and take necessary action. Having working knowledge of all residents under his/her care. Collaborates with other health care providers and provides education to patients and/or significant others (while in compliance with HIPAA). Is responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in his/her assigned unit, which includes lifting, transferring and supporting residents who weigh 50 pounds or more. Proficient oral and written communication skills Abides by policies of facility and ascertain that employees under her supervision do the same. Ensures that all personnel who work under his/her direction observe the rules of Universal Precautions and the Blood Borne Pathogen rules.
Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.
Responsibilities of Customer 5.1 To the extent that the Supplier requires access to the Customer Site to perform the Services, the Customer shall provide such access during Normal Business Hours and to provide a suitable work environment to enable the Supplier to perform such Services subject to the Supplier complying with such internal policies and procedures of the Customer (including those relating to security and health and safety) as may be notified to the Supplier in writing from time to time.
Future Functionality You agree that Your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Us regarding future functionality or features.
MANAGEMENT FUNCTION 3.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Company to hire, promote, transfer, demote and layoff employees and to suspend, discharge or otherwise discipline employees for just cause subject to the right of any employee to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent as herein provided. The Union further recognizes the right of the Company to operate and manage its business in all respects, to maintain order and efficiency in its operations, and to determine the location of its operations, its products, the scheduling of its operations and its methods, processes, and means of conducting its business. The Union further acknowledges that the Company has the right to make and alter, from time to time, rules and regulations to be observed by employees, which rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
Adjunct Duties 9.2.1 The District and the Association recognize that teachers participate in adjunct duties. Adjunct duties are those duties beyond the work day, which require supervising and providing leadership in pupil organizations and activities or parent-teacher partnership such as, but not limited to: field trips, back-to-school night, graduation, promotion, outdoor education, open house, parent club, teacher conferences, progress report card night, supervision of dances, sponsorship of clubs, homecoming activities, and supervision of athletic events. These duties must be student supervision oriented. Attendance at Back to School Night, Open House, Progress Report Night, Teacher Conferences is required unless specific prior approval is given to miss the meeting/event.
