Filling Vacancies Without Posting. ‌ When a vacancy for a regular position occurs and is required to be filled, the Employer shall offer the position to employees within the seniority block in the following sequence: (a) senior qualified regular employee in the Classification Series; (b) senior qualified regular employee in another Classification Series; (c) senior qualified auxiliary employee. The classifications of TSS and TPS Mechanic and Xxxxxxx 3 and 4 will be posted pursuant to Clause 12.2.

The classifications of TSS and TPS Mechanic and Xxxxxxx 3 and 4 will be posted pursuant to Clause 12.2.
