Common use of Financial Aid, Training Courses Clause in Contracts

Financial Aid, Training Courses. Employees may apply for financial assistance to undertake a course of outside training. The degree of financial aid assumed by the Employer will depend upon the circumstances involved. In general, the Employer will provide for two (2) categories of financial aid as follows: (a) Full cost of training borne by the Employer; (b) Half cost of training borne by the Employer; In any particular instance the Employer will be responsible for establishing the category under which application for financial assistance shall be made.
