FISHING ZONES. 1. The vessels referred to in Article 1 of the Protocol shall be authorized to engage in fishing activities within Solomon Islands fishing zone except for thirty (30) nautical miles around the Main Group Archipelago (MGA) and the archipelagic and territorial waters of the other archipelagos. Coordinates of waters A of the MGA and the rest of the Archipelagos (i.e. Xxxxxx B, Xxxxxx C, Xxxxxx D and Xxxxxx E) shall be provided by the Permanent Secretary before the entry into force of the Agreement. The Permanent Secretary shall communicate to the European Commission any modification to the said closed fishing zones at least two months before their application. 2. In any case, all fishing shall not be permitted within 3 nautical miles of any anchored fish-aggregating device for which notification of its location shall be given by geographical coordinates.

FISHING ZONES. 1. Community vessels may carry out fishing activities in waters beyond 12 nautical miles from the base lines in the case of tuna seiners and surface longliners. 2. Without exception, all fishing activity in the zone destined for joint exploitation by São Tomé and Príncipe and Nige- ria, delimited by the coordinates set out in Appendix 3, shall be prohibited.

The vessels shall be authorised to engage in fishing activities within the Kiribati fishing zone except in such areas as are designated as closed areas indicated by the chart 83005-FLC, in accordance with the Fisheries Ordinance (Cap. 33) and Marine Zone (Declaration) Act of the Government of Kiribati. Kiribati shall communicate to the Commission any modification to the said fishing zones at least two months before their application. 2. In any case, fishing shall not be permitted in the following areas: — within the 12 nautical miles from the base lines, — within three nautical miles of any anchored fish-aggregating device for which notification of its location shall be given by geographical coordinates. 3. As regards purse seine vessels in particular, fishing is prohibited within 60 nautical miles from the baselines of the islands of Tarawa, Kanton and Kiritimati;
FISHING ZONES. 9.1. All the vessels referred to in Article 1 of the Protocol shall be authorised to fish in waters beyond 10 nautical miles, including pole-and-line tuna vessels for the purpose of acquiring live bait. 9.2. The Republic of Guinea undertakes to incorporate in its fisheries plan for the year 2004 and subsequent years during the validity period of this Protocol a provision reserving for the Guinean non-industrial fleet the fishing zone between the coast and the 20 metres isobath and, where this isobath is reached less than 12 miles from the coast, the zone between the coast and 12 nautical miles from the coast. In order to avoid discrimination against the Community, this provision shall be applicable to the Community fleet only where it is applied to all industrial fleets without exception. The Republic of Guinea shall notify the Commission of the date of application of this measure a month in advance. Until such date, the fishing zone of the Community fleet shall be that defined at point 9.1.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).
