FITNESS TO TRAVEL. At the time of effecting this insurance the Insured Person must be fit to travel and not be aware of any circumstances which can lead to claim under this Policy, otherwise any claim can be jeopardized. POLICY INTERPRETATION: The Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with Macau laws. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND AUTOPSY: The Company at its own expense shall have the right and opportunity to conduct medical examination on the Insured Person when and as often as it may reasonably require during the pendency of a claim under Section 2 - Personal Accident of this Policy and to make an autopsy in the case of death where it is not forbidden by law. LEGAL ACTIONS: No action at law or in equity shall be brought to recover on this Policy prior to the expiration of sixty (60) days after written proof of loss has been furnished in accordance with the requirements of the Policy. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.
