Common use of Fixed Term Employees Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Employees. A fixed term Employee is one who has been hired to perform duties in connection with a specified task, or for a specified duration and whose employment will end on completion of that task or the completion of the fixed period of time. A fixed term Employee shall for all purposes of this Agreement be otherwise treated as a permanent full-time or part-time Employee as applicable.

Fixed Term Employees. A fixed term Employee shall for all purposes their contract of this Agreement be otherwise treated as a permanent full-time or part-time Employee as applicableemployment prior to commencement.

A fixed term Employee is one who has been hired to perform duties in connection with is employed both for a specified taskspecific special purpose and specific period not exceeding six months, or for in the case of a specified parental leave replacement Employee, the duration and whose employment will end on completion of that task or the completion of the fixed period of time. A fixed term parental leave taken by the Employee shall for all purposes of this Agreement be otherwise treated as a permanent full-time or part-time Employee as applicablebeing replaced.

Fixed Term Employees. ‌ a) A fixed term Employee is one an Employee who has been hired to perform duties in connection with is engaged on either a specified task, or for a specified duration and whose employment will end on completion of that task or the completion of the fixed period of time. A fixed term Employee shall for all purposes of this Agreement be otherwise treated as a permanent full-time or part-part- time basis to: (i) undertake a specified project for which funding has been made available; (ii) undertake a specified task which has a limited period of operation; (iii) replace an Employee as applicablewho is on leave or performing other duties temporarily.
