Common use of Flexible Time Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Flexible Time Scheduling. The Company will implement the National Flex Time Program effective the date of ratification. The flex time scheduling program provides greater scheduling flexibility which reflects the normal business fluctuations, and accommodates for greater work life balance. The flexible scheduling program is subject to all the terms and conditions outlined in the collective agreement • Agree to maintain any Grandfathered Associates status for any job move once during the Associate's career. Any subsequent job changes will result in the forfeiture of the Grandfathered status, unless at the request of the Company.
