Flight Benefits. Upon Employee’s termination of employment for any reason other than Cause (as defined in paragraph 4.9), whether occurring before, on or after the date of expiration of this Agreement, Company shall, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4.5 (if such termination occurs prior to the expiration of this Agreement) and paragraph 4.6, provide Employee with Flight Benefits for Employee’s lifetime. The provisions of this paragraph 4.3 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
Flight Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to travel privileges consistent with the terms and conditions of the applicable policies of the Company for senior executives as in effect from time to time.
Flight Benefits. Interline ( Blue Pass ) Flight Benefits of Company Handlex shall reflect the same benefits as to employees of Company Air Transat with the exception of interline travel with other carriers.
Flight Benefits. After a Separation From Service, Company will provide flight benefits (x) on flights operated by Company as to which no permission is required from any other airline and (y) will request and use reasonable efforts to cause Delta Airlines (and any other of Company's customers requested by Executive) to extend travel benefits, (i) to Executive and his family for two years following termination of Executive’s employment (aa) by Company upon Disability or for other than Cause, (bb) by Executive upon a Change in Control pursuant to Section 4.3(b) or (cc) by Executive for Good Reason and (ii) to Executive’s family for two years following termination of this Agreement upon Executive’s death.
Flight Benefits. During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive, and Executive’s spouse, minor children and parents, a positive space benefit, with the priority code PS2B, to travel on Frontier Airlines. During the Term, Executive shall also be eligible to receive flight benefits on Frontier Airlines in the form of a Universal Air Travel Plan, Inc. (“UATP”) card made available once per twelve month period that provides for travel by Executive and Executive’s family and friends solely on Frontier Airlines in the amount of eight thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($8,250) that must be used, if at all, within twelve months of the date the UATP card is issued (the flight benefits described in this section are referred to collectively as the “Flight Benefits”).
Flight Benefits. The Executive and his immediate family shall be eligible for positive space flight benefits for the life of the Executive on JetBlue after the Separation Date, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s pass travel programs and any future changes to those programs.
Flight Benefits. Executive is entitled to his current JetBlue CrewTravel privileges during the Advisory Period and lifetime positive space flight benefits on JetBlue subject to the terms of JetBlue’s pass travel programs and any future changes to those programs including, but not limited to, any changes as may be required by Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code. Executive shall be permitted to add a spouse to his flight benefits following his separation from JetBlue, in accordance with the terms of JetBlue’s pass travel programs.
Flight Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive flight benefits on Frontier Airlines in the form of a Universal Air Travel Plan, Inc. (“UATP”) card made available once per twelve month period that provides for travel solely on Frontier Airlines in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) that must be used, if at all, within twelve months of the date the UATP card is issued (the “Flight Benefits”).
Flight Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to Flight Benefits for himself and his spouse during his lifetime. “Flight Benefits” shall mean flight benefits on each airline operated by Employer or any of its affiliates or any successor or successors thereto (the “System”), consisting of the highest priority positive space flight passes for unlimited travel on the System and a membership for Employee and his spouse in the Employer’s airport executive club program (the “Executive Club”). As used for purposes of Flight Benefits, the term “affiliates” of Employer means any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with Employer, it being understood that control of an entity shall require the direct or indirect ownership of a majority of the outstanding capital stock of such entity. Employee will be issued a membership card in the Executive Club for Employee and Employee’s spouse and appropriate flight pass identification cards, each valid at all times during the term of Employee’s Flight Benefits.
Flight Benefits. Section 1. When the Company has flight benefits available to their employees, those benefits shall be made available to the employees covered by this Agreement. The employees who use those benefits shall follow all rules and restrictions, including but not limited to rules concerning Dress Code, amount of luggage, behavior and conduct as well as seating assignments, all as outlined by the providing airline. Any failure to abide by such rules may result in disallowance of the benefit by the carrier granting the benefit.
Section 2. The removal of an employee from participation in a carrier's flight benefit program for violation ofthe carrier's rules, shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
