Float Must be Incorporated. The schedule must indicate the beginning and completion of all phases of construction and shall use the “Critical Path Method” (commonly called CPM) for the value reporting, planning and scheduling, of all Work required under the Contract Documents. Baseline Schedule must incorporate all Milestones and apply Float as deemed appropriate in the Design-Builder’s discretion. The Baseline Schedule shall note durations that will not be adequate or should be shortened based on Design-Builder’s Review. The Baseline Schedule is critical to Coordination, sequencing of trades, and to ensure monitoring of the progress of the Work.
