Float Pool Premium. Employees who are regularly assigned to a designated float pool and who float on a daily basis between medical centers (Primary Care) or between specialties (Specialty) will receive two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour premium following six (6) months from their date of hire into the float pool. 8.17.1 Nursing Home Services (NHS) ARNP Float Pool Premium. Employees who are regularly assigned (50% or more) to the float pool and float on a daily basis to cover other staff’s caseload will receive a one thousand dollar ($1,000) premium per quarter prorated for FTE following six (6) months from their date of hire into the float pool. The premium will be paid on the first payroll period that occurs after March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
