Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.
Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero). Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);
Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
School Meals 31) The Academy Trust shall, if requested to do so by or on behalf of any pupils at the Academy, provide school lunches for those pupils unless it would be unreasonable for it to do so. Subject to the provisions of clause 32 charges may be levied for lunches, but the Academy Trust shall otherwise fund the cost of such school lunches from its GAG.
Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Gaming, betting and lotteries The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.
