For ADSL. 23.1 The estimated provisioning lead-time is 14 working days after StarHub has accepted the application. Under exceptional case in relation to telephone line location, condition or coverage, the processing time may take about 1 month or longer for the service to be activated. 23.2 For ADSL vPlus orders, a Singtel DEL is required. 23.2.1 The DEL must not be used in conjunction with PABX, hunting facilities, ISDN, key telephone system and auxiliary line. 23.2.2 The DEL must be registered under the same company's name. Otherwise, you must provide written approval from the registered subscriber for use of the DEL for the Service. 23.2.3 You must maintain the subscription of the DEL with the DEL service provider and ensure that it is active as long as the ADSL vPlus Service is in use. If the DEL was terminated by the subscriber or DEL service provider, the ADSL vPlus Service will also be terminated and ETC may apply. 23.2.4 If you would like to reinstate the ADSL vPlus Service, re-application is required.   • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • Service Orders Service Order shall state the Customer’s minimum committed term of the Services arising thereunder from the date that such Services are made available to the Customer (“Initial Term”); if the Initial Term is not expressly stated in the Service Order, the Initial Term of the Services shall be deemed to be for a twelve (12) month term from the date that the Services are made available to the Customer. Unless a Party notifies the other Party of its intention not to renew the Services at least sixty (60) days prior the end of the Initial Term or then current term (“Term”), the Services shall automatically renew for subsequent twelve (12) month terms under the same terms and conditions except that the Fees may be adjusted to reflect Aptum’s then current pricing for such Services. Cancellation of any Service Order or a particular Service thereunder must be made by way of a cancellation request in writing or through a service ticket in accordance with the applicable Product Terms.

  • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining, and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ 000- 000-0000. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent National Wood Flooring Association inspector (“NWFA Inspector”) to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the NWFA Inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by Xxxx Xxxxxx and assuming that Xxxx Xxxxxx advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement.   • Stop Work Orders A. The JBE may, at any time, by Notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Services for a period up to ninety (90) days after the Notice is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree (“Stop Work Order”). The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this provision. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of stoppage. Within ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the JBE shall either (i) cancel the Stop Work Order; or (ii) terminate the Services covered by the Stop Work Order as provided for in this Agreement. B. If a Stop Work Order issued under this provision is canceled or the period of the Stop Work Order or any extension thereof expires, Contractor shall resume the performance of Services. The JBE shall make an equitable adjustment in the delivery schedule, the Contract Amount, or both, and the Agreement shall be modified, in writing, accordingly, if: i. The Stop Work Order results in an increase in the time required for, or in Contractor’s cost properly allocable to the performance of any part of this Agreement; and ii. Contractor requests an equitable adjustment within thirty (30) days after the end of the period of stoppage; however, if the JBE decides the facts justify the action, the JBE may receive and act upon a proposal submitted at any time before final payment under this Agreement. C. The JBE shall not be liable to Contractor for loss of profits because of a Stop Work Order issued under this provision.
