Roughness values for post-project models will be appropriate for the anticipated channel lining material per the design. • FNI will provide a table summarizing the pre-project (duplicate effective) and post- project 2-, 25-, and 100-year water surface elevations and velocities for each cross section and the difference in each. • FNI will develop maps that show the extent of the 100-year floodplain for comparison to existing conditions. • Submit a Floodplain Development Permit application as part of the final submittal. ASSUMPTIONS • Bank stabilization improvement will result in a no-rise condition. • Compensatory storage requirements will be met on this project. • The City will provide most recent unsteady HEC-RAS model that should be used in the analysis. This model will be used as the effective model. • Floodway modeling not included in this scope. • FNI assumes that the existing conditions Hydrologic and Hydraulic model results provided by others are correct and accurate. As such, the results of those models will be used as-is. FNI will not independently verify the results of the existing- condition hydrologic or hydraulic models. • The scope does not include revisions to the hydrology model. Flows from Effective model will be used in the post-project conditions. • No CLOMR or LOMR development or submissions are included in this proposal. • Additional cross-sections may be added for modeling purposes within the project area. • Two (2) rounds of review by the City floodplain staff are anticipated. Draft Drainage Analysis will be provided during Preliminary Design (60%) Submittal and Final Design (90%) Submittal. • No meetings anticipated with City floodplain staff. • Final Drainage Analysis will be provided during the Construction Phase (100%) Submittal.
