For Metal Industry Employees. (a) A Mechanical Tradesmen possessing one or two of the following Certificates shall be paid an allowance per week in accordance with Schedule C of this Agreement in recognition of the Certificate(s) used and an additional allowance per week in accordance with Schedule C of this Agreement for use of third and subsequent certificates.
