XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. When in the Employer's opinion the spread is sufficient to require the services of a Xxxxxxx or General Xxxxxxx, such Xxxxxxx or General Xxxxxxx shall be qualified to supervise such work as may come within the scope of this Agreement, but he shall be a member of the Union. It is understood that a General Xxxxxxx shall have a minimum of two (2) foremen under his supervision.
XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. When there are 5 or more carpenters employed on any one job, one employee shall receive Xxxxxxx pay. The minimum scale for Xxxxxxx shall be $2.00 per hour above Journeyman scale of wages. Effective May 1, 2019 this amount shall increase to $2.25 per hour.
XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. A. To become eligible for compensation as a xxxxxxx or general xxxxxxx accreditation in blueprint reading, layout, 1st Aid/CPR, and ten-hour OSHA certification must be achieved.
XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. Section 6.01 Where two (2) or more men are employed on a job, one (1) shall be a xxxxxxx and receive a xxxxxxx'x pay. The Employer and the Representative of the Union shall mutually determine the number of employees who can adequately be supervised by one xxxxxxx on a job. A xxxxxxx cannot supervise millwright and/or carpenters and/or pile drivers on the same or different jobs at the same time.
XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX a. Any Employer using six (6) or more employees on any job shall designate one (1) as Xxxxxxx to supervise the work of the others (all Journeymen and Apprentices) and shall pay him a Xxxxxxx rate equal to 1.113X Journeyman Technician wage and all Xxxxxxx shall have a California State Certification within twelve (12) months of dispatch or the start of a new contract whichever comes last. The number of General Xxxxxxx shall be left to the discretion of the Contractor; however, a General Xxxxxxx shall be non-working except in emergencies. The General Xxxxxxx may work with tools when there are not more than four (4) Sound employees on the job. This will not be constructed to prohibit the delivery of materials by the General Xxxxxxx. General Xxxxxxx shall be paid 1.226 x JST wage.
XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. A. Foremen Clause for Industrial, Defense, and Highway/Heavy Work as defined in Article 21 of this Agreement:

When five (5) or more carpenters are employed, one (1) shall act as working Xxxxxxx and receive the Xxxxxxx’x rate of pay. Xxxxxxx rate of pay shall be a minimum of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour above the Journeyman's scale. When five (5) or more xxxxxxxxx Foremen per shift are employed on a single project, they shall receive two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour above the Journeyman's rate. The General Xxxxxxx shall be selected from the Foremen and shall negotiate a rate above the Xxxxxxx’x rate of pay on a project-to- project basis. All Foremen and General Foremen shall be duly qualified Journeymen of the craft involved.

When five (5) or more Millwright Xxxxxxx per shift are employed on a single project, they shall receive two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour above the Journeyman's scale. The General Xxxxxxx shall be selected from the Foremen and shall negotiate a rate above the Xxxxxxx’x rate of pay on a project-to- project basis. All Foremen and General Foremen shall be duly-qualified Journeymen of the craft involved.
XXXXXXX AND GENERAL XXXXXXX. WORKING XXXXXXX On any job where there are less than ten (10) men and the job warrants, one (1) journeyman shall be appointed working xxxxxxx.
