Form of Submittals. All documents, drawings and other submittals required under either Section 7 or Section 8 of this SLA shall be submitted to the Judicial Council electronically with an electronic signature. Prior to system start-up, the successful respondent shall supply the Judicial Council with one electronic copy, and one hard copy of all Component Product Data and Component Operation and Maintenance manuals. The information shall be sufficient for the Judicial Council to evaluate and ensure appropriate O&M is being completed over the life of the system. Examples of components include solar panels, conduit, inverter, net metering equipment, etc. Project as-builts that detail location of all above and underground utilities and components shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of system start-up.

Form of Submittals. All requests, responses, plans, specifications and other materials submitted by Tenant or Landlord to the other pursuant to this Section 2 shall be submitted in both hard copy and reasonably acceptable reproducible, electronic format.
Form of Submittals. (1) Prepare a single packet in 8 1/2" x 11" format. Sheets larger than this format shall be folded. (2) Identify packet with typed title, "Warranties", Project name, location, date, Contract number and Design-Builder's name. (3) Submit the information in electronic format on CD ROM.
Form of Submittals. All submittals by Contractor to Owner of the CPM Schedule, Recovery Schedule, Acceleration Schedule and any Monthly Updated CPM Schedule shall be in both hard copy and native electronic Primavera Project Planner format. The CPM Performance Measurement Baseline Schedule and Monthly Updated CPM Schedules shall be submitted to Owner with printed reports meeting the requirements set forth in Attachment X.
Form of Submittals. The CM shall provide a transmittal letter, review and stamp its approval, and transmit the submittals to the A/E in accordance with the submittal schedule established by the A/E and CM. 6.18.2.1 The CM shall submit a minimum of one reproducible and three copies of Shop Drawings, and a minimum of four copies of any other submittal, except when using the State’s web-based project management software under Section 6.18.2.4. 6.18.2.2 The data shown on the Shop Drawings shall be complete with respect to quantities, dimensions, specified performance and design criteria, materials, and similar data to communicate to the A/E the materials and equipment that the CM proposes to provide. 6.18.2.3 Each Sample shall be identified clearly as to materials, supplier, pertinent data such as catalog numbers, the intended use, and other uses as the A/E may require enabling the A/E to review the submittal. 6.18.2.4 If the Project is administered using the State’s web-based project management software, the CM shall submit electronic files of its submittals for review, using the “Submittals” business process.
