Common use of Formal Observation Procedure Clause in Contracts

Formal Observation Procedure. A. A minimum of two (2) formal observations shall be conducted to support summative evaluation. A formal observation shall last a minimum of thirty (30) continuous minutes. Efforts will be made by evaluators to facilitate a longitudinal view of a teacher's performance by appropriately spacing the observations. There shall be a minimum of (5) school days between formal non-continuous observations one and two. If a third observation is necessary, there shall at least (25) school days between observation number 2 and observation number 3 to xxxxxx improvement.
