Format and Process. By May 1, 2017 the Superintendent shall submit to the Board recommended evaluation criteria for his evaluation for the 2017-2018 school year. The Board will take into consideration the Superintendent’s recommendations in creating the superintendent goals. The Board evaluation criteria shall include measurable goals. By June 1, 2017 of this Contract, the Board and the Superintendent shall meet to discuss the recommended form, format and process and shall agree on the evaluation form, format and process for that school year. In following years the Superintendent shall submit to the Board the recommended evaluation criteria for his evaluation by June 1 and the Board and Superintendent shall meet to discuss the recommended form, format and process and shall agree on the form, format and process by July 1. The dates may be amended by mutual written agreement of the Superintendent and Board.

Format and Process. Unless further specified in Bilateral-Spec., the Payment Instructions shall be provided and processed in the manner, format and with the content as specified in the H2C Rulebook. The Host DGS shall process each Payment Instruction contained in a Payment Instructions File only once. If the Parties agree formats and processes other than those set out in the H2C Rulebook, they shall endeavour to keep any deviation to a minimum.

Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • Annexes and Protocols The Annexes and the Protocols to this Agreement are an integral part of it. The Joint Committee may decide to amend the Annexes and Protocols.

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.
