Common use of Four (4) Day Work Week Clause in Contracts

Four (4) Day Work Week. (a) If the holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday.

Four (4) Day Work Week. 30 (a) If the holiday falls on an employee's first or second 31 scheduled day off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday.

Four (4) Day Work Week. 22 (a) If the holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled 23 day off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday.
