Four (4) Day Work Week. In the event a four (4) day work week is established, the normal teacher load during a four (4) day work week for classroom teachers in the elementary and secondary schools shall be six hours and fifteen minutes (375 minutes) of pupil classroom/instructional contact per day or 25 hours (1500 minutes) per week.
