FREQUENCY AND DURATION OF MEETINGS. Meetings will be held every 6 weeks for a maximum of 2 hours duration unless otherwise agreed or required. In the case of extraordinary meetings, a member must request such a meeting in writing, including the agenda item(s) for discussion in such a request. The request shall be forwarded to the next meeting’s Chairperson for consideration.

FREQUENCY AND DURATION OF MEETINGS. Meetings shall be held monthly or more frequently as required for no less than one (1) hour. Employee representatives/delegates can caucus in paid time for up to 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the QICC meeting.

  • Frequency and Duration There shall be an open enrollment period for health coverage in each year of this Agreement, and for dental coverage in the first year of this Agreement. Each year of the Agreement, all employees shall have the option to complete a Health Assessment. Open enrollment periods shall last a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days in each year of the Agreement. Open enrollment changes become effective on January 1 of each year of this Agreement. Subject to a timely contract settlement, the Employer shall make open enrollment materials available to employees at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the open enrollment period.

  • Location of Meetings All meetings of the Operating Committee shall be held in Sydney, New South Wales, or elsewhere as may be decided unanimously by the Operating Committee.

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

  • Required Meetings An employee or owner operator who is required to attend any meeting on Company business shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay for such meetings occurring during his/her regular shift or at applicable rates of pay for all such time spent outside of his/her regular shift. Any meetings necessary to comply with the formal grievance provisions of this Article will be held during normal working hours at no loss of pay to the employees or owner operators concerned.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. Revise the schedule after the first TAC meeting to incorporate meeting comments. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Agenda and TAC Meeting Back-up Materials for each TAC meeting. • Organize and lead TAC meetings in accordance with the TAC Meeting Schedule. Changes to the schedule must be pre-approved in writing by the CAM. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summaries that include any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • TERM AND DURATION 4.1 The Company shall commence upon the filing of the Certificate of Formation, and shall continue in full force and effect until May 1, 2024, provided, however, that the Company shall be dissolved prior to such date upon the happening of any of the following events:
