Frequency of Observations. 1. Before the Board initiates a contract termination for unsatisfactory teaching performance, the teacher will have been observed in a classroom setting or equivalent setting a minimum of three (3) times in three (3) different months with at least six (6) weeks between observations. 2. The individual teacher and the evaluator mutually may agree upon additional observations.
