Specific Criteria a) New or Replacement Pole Height A new or replacement pole may be installed without zoning review if one of the two height requirements is met:
Specific Criteria. The following specific criteria will apply: • Single hull vessels are accepted on an exceptional basis only. • Vessels over 15 years old must have a CAP 1 or CAP 2 rating issued by an acceptable classification society. • Tankers over 15 years old must have been dry-docked within the last 36 months. Under Water Inspections in Lieu of Drydocking (UWILD) are not acceptable. • Conditions of Class will be closely scrutinized.

(a) shall be measured primarily by:
(i) the quality of the candidate's teaching;
(ii) the judgments of scholars, particularly of senior scholars in the same and cognate disciplines;
(iii) the quality (but not necessarily the quantity) of published work, or, where relevant, the quality of artistic or professional development and accomplishment; and secondarily by:
(iv) the extent and effectiveness of participation, on or off campus, in councils and committees concerned with developments in the discipline and/or teaching of the discipline, with editorial boards, or concerned with the profession of university teaching where the individual has made an essentially non remunerative contribution by virtue of special academic competence; and
(v) administrative and non-teaching/research responsibilities within the University and the Union.
Specific Criteria. Applications will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the factors required by authorizing legislation and by this procurement package using Exhibit G, Evaluation Score Tool.

1. Local Critical Gaps and Unmet Need (25%): Data is used to prioritize community-level issues to identify critical gaps and unmet needs;
2. Project Design (50%): Proposed model of coordinated services is likely to address the critical gaps and unmet needs identified;

Specific Criteria i. The following criteria are the bases for judgments to be made regarding the quality of performance of an Officer of Extension. They provide the basis for decisions on appointment, reappointment and promotion. Officers of Extension should be evaluated annually and the results summarized in writing and considered in all reappointments and promotions. In evaluating the performance of each Officer of Extension with respect to these criteria, reasonable flexibility should be exercised, balancing, where the case requires, heavier assignments and responsibilities in area against lighter assign- ments and responsibilities in another. Documented consistency of performance over a period of years is considered an excellent indicator of future performance. The University values effective collaboration in, and synthesis of, teaching, research and other scholarly endeavors and supports and encourages Officers of Extension who contribute effectively to teaching efforts. When documenting evidence of accomplishment that resulted from a team collaboration, the Officer of Extension should: (1) explain the significance of the team accomplishment; (2) identify collaborators, whether within the University or outside institutions and agencies; and (3) describe with specificity his or her own role in the team effort. Accomplishments and elaboration of a team effort should only be reported when the Officer of Extension’s contribution is substantial.
