Common use of Full-Time and Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Full-Time and Part-Time. The Employer shall not eliminate a full-time position by reason of assigning all of the existing duties of the full-time position to one or more part-time positions. Where the duties of a full-time position are reduced or eliminated the Employer has the right to assign the remaining duties, if any, to a part-time position.
