Scheduling Full-Time. No employee be scheduled to work more than seven consecutive days except at the request of the employee and approved by the employer. No employee shall work more than ten days in a bi- weekly period, without overtime compensation except where two employees have exchanged shifts for their own convenience, with the approval of the Department Head or immediate non-union supervisor which shall not in be the cause for overtime. The increase or reduction in the duration of a shift as a result of changes in Daylight Saving and Standard times will not result in the increase or reduction of normal pay for such shift, Shift changes between employees for personal convenience that do not comply with the provisions of this Article shall not be the subject of a grievance or cause payment of overtime.
