Common use of Full-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Employee. An employee who has worked an average of at least thirty-six (36) hours per week during a thirteen (13) week consecutive period shall be considered full time. An employee’s full time status shall be notated on the posted schedule.

Full-Time Employee. An employee who has worked regularly scheduled to work an average of at least thirty-six five (3635) to thirty-seven-point-five (37.5) hours per week during on a thirteen (13) week consecutive period shall be considered full time.
