Full-Time Employees’ Seniority Accrual. In determining seniority scores for full-time employees, one (1) seniority point shall be awarded for each qualifying monthly pay period of full-time State service in classifications defined in paragraph 1. above. A pay period in which a full-time employee works eleven (11) or more days will be considered a qualifying pay period except that when an absence from State service resulting from a temporary or permanent separation for more than eleven (11) consecutive work days falls within two (2) consecutive pay periods, the second pay period shall be disqualified. This definition shall apply to all of the employee’s work history regardless of when it occurred.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Regular Employees Service credit shall be the period of employment with the Company and any service restored as per Part A, Item 5.3.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2
