Common use of Full-Time Status Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Employer; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s his time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive him by the Board of Directors of the EmployerBank; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer Bank all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 1.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) subject to Section 1.3, devote substantially all of the Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his the Executive’s employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to the Executive by the Board of Directors of the EmployerChief Executive Officer; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer Chief Executive Officer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s his time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive him by the Board of Directors of either the EmployerBank or the Company; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of either the Employer Bank or the Company all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s his time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive him by the Board of Directors of the EmployerCompany or of the Bank; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer Company and of the Bank all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof2.1, the Executive shall: (a) 2.2.1.1. devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy energy, and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his Executive’s employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) 2.2.1.2. diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the EmployerBank or Company; and (c) 2.2.1.3. timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of CEO or the Employer CEO’s designee(s) all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s her time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his her employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive her by the Board of Directors President and Chief Executive Officer of the EmployerBank; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors President and Chief Executive Officer of the Employer Bank all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s her time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his her employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive her by the Board of Directors of the EmployerBank; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer CEO or its designees all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s her time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his her employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful financial management and oversight policies and decisions communicated to Executive her by the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the EmployerBank and the Company; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Employer Bank and the Company all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his Executive’s employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the EmployerBank or Company, as applicable; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer CEO or its designees all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.
