Full-Time Traineeships Sample Clauses

Full-Time Traineeships. (a) A Trainee shall be engaged as a full-time employee for a maximum of one year's duration provided that a Trainee shall be subject to a satisfactory probation period of up to one month, which may be reduced at the discretion of the employer. By agreement in writing, and with the consent of the relevant State or Territory Training Authority, the employer and the Trainee may vary the duration of the Traineeship and the extent of approved training, provided that any agreement to vary is in accordance with the relevant Traineeship.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
