Funeral Leave for Death of Other Relatives. Leave with pay due to death of grandparents, grandparents-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, or a legal guardian or the person who stands in the place of a parent shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) working days. Additional days may be taken, subject to the approval of the City Administrator, and, if approved, charged to either sick leave, vacation leave or non- compensated time off.
