Future Fees. In the event that City implements a new fee (or increases an existing fee beyond the amount contemplated under this Agreement), Contractor shall be entitled to a rate adjustment in an amount sufficient to recover the fee from Customers. City may elect to have Contractor pay monthly, or on another schedule as City identifies. City may set deadlines and late fees, and additional fees would be subject to audit.
Future Fees. DISTRICT shall pay AERIES SOFTWARE a fee for the software license and maintenance and support and other services for any subsequent year’s then current rate for said services. Failure to do so shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
Future Fees. The Firm may increase the annual statutory agent and/or the known place of business fee after the expiration of the initial term, but we must give You at least ten days prior written notice of any proposed increase. If You are not willing to pay the new annual fee, You may cancel the service and send us a cancellation notice. If You are an LLC and the Firm moves to a new address, we may charge You $5 to prepare and file a change of address notice with the ACC.
Future Fees. The parties acknowledge and agree that ASDIN may institute a reasonable participation fee in the future and Participant shall have the right to terminate this Agreement if Participant does not wish to continue under a fee-based program.
