Common use of FUTURE MEDICAL PLANS Clause in Contracts

FUTURE MEDICAL PLANS. The parties maintain a vision of quality and affordable healthcare for both the employees and the employer. If, in the lifetime of this agreement, a Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Trust insurance plan is created, the employer agrees to meet with the Union to review its costs and benefits and remains open to joining such plan.
